At Keystone Sales Consulting, we are committed to delivering high-quality, results-driven work for every client. Due to the custom and digital nature of our offerings, our refund policy is outlined clearly below.

Custom Sales Deck Design Services

All custom sales deck projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. The following terms apply:

  • If you cancel before work has started, your deposit will be refunded in full.

  • If you cancel after work has begun but before the first draft is delivered, the deposit is forfeited and no further payment is owed.

  • If you cancel after the first draft has been delivered, the full project fee is owed regardless of whether final files have been received.

  • Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with creative direction if the delivered work falls within the agreed scope. Revision rounds exist to address feedback — please use them.

  • Keystone Sales Consulting does not guarantee specific sales results, revenue outcomes, or conversion rates from any delivered deck. Refunds will not be issued on the basis of business performance.

The Cold Call Blueprint

The Cold Call Blueprint is a digital PDF product delivered immediately upon purchase. Because this file is accessible instantly and contains proprietary sales frameworks and strategies, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions

Refunds or credits may be considered at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

  • A duplicate charge or billing error occurred.

  • The digital file was not delivered due to a technical error on our end and cannot be resolved within 48 hours.

  • Work was not started and a cancellation was requested before the project kickoff.

All exception requests must be submitted to info@keystonesalesconsulting.com within 7 days of the original transaction.
